"On second thought, let's just void the season", say fans

Football fans were reminded just how f**king frustrating their beloved sport is this evening when goal-line technology incorrectly denied Sheffield United a goal against Aston Villa.

After less than one half of Premier League football following a three month postponement due to the coronavirus pandemic, fans have unanimously agreed the season should be declared void.

"I'd forgotten how much I hate this f**king sport", said an enraged Sheffield United fan John Kirkland. "I've spent nearly three months begging for some football and this bulls**t happens in the first game back.

"You can stick your football up your arse now; I'm a bowling man. No controversy there. No goal-line technology, no VAR, just one man and his balls."
