PSG make shock €240m transfer bid for promising unborn fetus

Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain have once again shocked the footballing world with a record-breaking transfer fee, offering a staggering €240m to the parents of an unborn fetus said to be 'the next Lionel Messi'.

Not to be outdone by Atlético Madrid's €126m fee for Portuguese teenager João Félix, the French club sent scouts to a number of hospitals across Europe hoping to find the next footballing prodigy in the maternity ward.

It didn't take long; when one of the club's scouts heard rumours of an unborn baby that had been relentlessly kicking his poor mother's womb non-stop for weeks, he immediately requested to see an ultrasound and was shocked at what he saw.

"I've never seen technique like it", he said. "I'm pretty sure at one point I saw a rabona in there, so I picked up the phone to the club and said we must have this baby".

The parents are currently mulling over whether to sell their unborn, unnamed fetus to the French champions, but with PSG's track record it seems to be merely a formality.
